1344) "Ancient Postal Routes - 18th Century", Monaco: EUROPA 2020 theme: A postage stamp of 1.40 Euro issued by "La Poste de Monaco" (Monaco Post) on 06.05.2020:

EUROPA Stamps have been a symbol of collaboration between European countries. The 2020 EUROPA theme chosen by PostEurop is "Ancient Postal Routes".

The Monaco stamp represents a messenger responsible for delivering mail in the 18th Century with a background view of the Rocher (Rock of Monaco) of that time:

The postage stamp is of the value of 1.40 Euro and is inscribed "EUROPA" and "Transport du courrier au XVIII siècle" (meaning "Transport by Courier in the 18th Century")..
