About Europa 2022 - Stamps:
EUROPA Stamps are special stamps issued by European postal administrations.
They bear the official EUROPA logo, a PostEurop registered trademark under the aegis of PostEurop in which Europe is the central theme.

The EUROPA Stamp of 3.00 BAM depicting the God Perun
The god Perun and the goddess Morana were chosen as the subjects for the EUROPA stamps of the Hrvatska pošta d.o.o. Mostar (Croatian Post Ltd. Mostar), this year.
The Slavic people worshipped various deities, and research has led to the fact that the god of thunder and lightning, Perun, is considered the supreme god of the Slavic pantheon.
He rules the living world by dwelling in a fort on the highest branch of the tree of life. His wife is the goddess of fertility and protector of women, Mokosh. She is the mother of the wet Earth and the bright Sun.
Perun is depicted as a rough red-haired man, symbolized by an eagle sitting on an oak branch watching the world. The water god of the underworld, Veles, is his enemy who lives at the root of the tree of life and is symbolized by the serpent.

The EUROPA stamp of 3.00 BAM depicting the Goddess Morena
Marzanna (in Polish), Morė (in Lithuanian), Marena (in Russian), Mara (in Ukrainian), Morana (in Czech, Slovene and Serbo-Croatian), Morena (in Slovak and Macedonian) or Mora (in Bulgarian) is a Slavic goddess associated with seasonal rites based on the idea of death and rebirth of nature.
She is an ancient goddess associated with winter's death, rebirth and dreams. In ancient Slavic rites, the death of the Goddess Morena at the end of winter becomes the rebirth of Spring of the Goddess Kostroma (Russian), Lada or Vesna representing the coming of Spring.

The most significant myth of Slavic mythology is the struggle between Perun and Veles who steals the Sun and takes her to the underworld, where she spends half a year.
Perun pursues Veles with his lightning and thunder and expels him to the underground to bring back Mokosh and restore order. The myth was repeated every year in a circular cycle following the movement of the Sun and the seasons.
The First Day Cover (FDC) depicts an outline image of the God Perun at bottom left. At top right are affixed the two EUROPA stamps issued by HP Mostar (Mostar).
The special cancellation postmark is of Mostar Post Office and the cancellation is dated - "05.04.2022".
Tete Beche:
In philately, tête-bêche (French for "head-to-tail", lit. "head-to-head") is a joined pair of stamps in which one is upside-down in relation to the other, produced intentionally or accidentally. Like any pair of stamps, a pair of tête-bêches can be a vertical or a horizontal pair. In the case of a pair of triangular stamps, they cannot help but be linked "head-to-tail".
Mechanical errors during the process of production can result in tête-bêches. During the printing of stamps for booklets, the pages of stamps are usually printed in multiples from a larger printing plate. This can result in tête-bêche pairs.
Most booklet stamps are printed in sheets, each containing 4 booklets. Looking at such a sheet 2 booklets, one above the other, come in from the left with the other 2 sheets coming from the right which appear to be upside down.
Where the columns of stamps from each side meet there is therefore a row of tete-beche pairs. It is unusual for these pairs to find their way into the postal system, as the sheets are cut into individual booklet pages before binding into the distributed booklet.
