About Europa 2021 - Stamps:

EUROPA stamps are special stamps issued by European postal administrations. 

They bear the official EUROPA logo, a PostEurop registered trademark under the aegis of PostEurop in which Europe is the central theme. 

EUROPA stamp issues are among the most collected and most popular stamps in the world and have been issued for over 60 years. 

Every year a new theme is assigned by PostEurop and all participating countries issue stamps with their own interpretation of the theme. The theme for 2021 is "Endangered National Wildlife".

About Europa 2021 - Endangered National Wildlife Stamps issued by Jersey Post:

Europa stamps, bearing the official logo, are issued every year by the members of PostEurop, the trade association which represents the interests of European public postal operators. Each year a theme is set for members to interpret and illustrate on a set of stamps; in 2021 the theme is Endangered National Wildlife.

As an island, Jersey is both a home and a resting point for a multitude of birds and sea creatures. 

Six species of marine life that have been spotted in the waters and around the coastal areas of Jersey have been featured across this set of stamps. 

The animals have been painted by natural science illustrator Sara Menon. The 54p and £1.05 stamps feature the Europa logo.

The six postage stamps issued in the set includes - Atlantic Puffin (54p), Loggerhead Turtle (70p), Orca (84p), Bottleneck Dolphin (88p), Balearic Shearwater (1.05 Pounds) and Grey Seal (1.18 Pounds).

The two Europa-2021 Stamps are seen on this Miniature Sheet (MS).

A First Day Cover (FDC) titled - "EUROPA Endangered National Wildlife - Jersey Seabirds & Marine Life" has the six stamps issued in the set affixed at top right.

At left is seen a seabird flying over the sea. 

The special cancellation Handstamp/Postmark features a turtle in the centre. The cancellation is of Jersey Post Office & the Cancellation date is - "11.03.2021".
