About Animals at Dusk, France:

This Booklet of 12 self-adhesive postage stamps titled "Animals at dusk" is illustrated with animals captured at sunset. Birds, big cats, an African elephant, marine mammals, ... animals from all latitudes as they prepare for the night - all far from the gaze of man, in proud and free postures, some in protective gestures towards their offspring.

These animal silhouettes, in shadows, offer us nature at its best - a moment of pause, serenity, breathing.
