4072) AVISA Healing: The ancient Indian Practice of "Ashtanga Chikitsa":
The Concept:
Avisa Healing is based on the ancient Indian practice of Ashtanga Chikitsa.
Ashtanga Chikitsa, which translates to "eight-limbed treatment," is a system of natural healing rooted in traditional Indian wisdom, particularly Ayurveda and Yoga. It focuses on restoring balance and well-being through various techniques, including personalized practices to address specific health issues.
Avisa Healing utilises Ashtanga Chikitsa a combination of Ayurveda and to help individuals with musculoskeletal problems among other discomforts/illnesses/problems, striving to find for a permanent solution to pain and discomfort.
The core of the AVISA approach involves Kumbhak Therapy, a breathing technique, and Prana Shakti Diagnosis, which assesses the root cause of the ailment.
Swamiji and the mentors emphasise on teaching customised methods and offer live online classes, making the healing process accessible to everyone across the globe.
Avisa Healing is now four years old and is
celebrating its birthday:
Avisa Healing is celebrating its fourth birthday. It has trained over 9,000 participants so far in 255 batches. I participated in B No. 255 and it has helped me immensely especially after my heart surgery some time ago.
Not only is the exercise regimen spread over a nine-week course, it is very nicely spaced out. I would particularly like to thank our mentor, Ms. Nina Rai who was extremely committed to each individual participant and helping them to do the exercises at their own comfortable pace.
As part of the celebrations Avisa Healing is conducting a series of guest lectures Asthi (bones) and Majja (bone marrow and nerve tissue), Hast Mudras (Hand Mudras) etc.
We wish Swamiji and all the mentors all the very best in their endeavour to train the participants and the participants of Avisa Healing with perfect health through the exercise regimen.
