About 25th Anniversary of the Association -  Monegasque charity Les Enfants de frankieworks:

Established in 1997, the "Monegasque charity Les Enfants de frankieworks" to helpsick, disabled and vulnerable children in Monaco and throughout the Provence-Alpes-Côted'Azur Region. 

A recognised NGO that was awarded consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council in 2008, it has provided support to more than 150,000 children since it was founded. 

The charity works with hospitals, social services, children's homes and medical and educational facilities to help children flourish through outings, workshops, trips, etc. 

Once a year, it invites thousands of children to the Noël de Frankie Christmas special for a stunning show featuring Frankie the clown and the distribution of presents.

The Stamp:

The 1.43 Euro postage stamp features Frankie the Clown

The First Day Cover (FDC) isaffixed with the Stamp issued at top right. The special Cancellation Stamp is of Monaco Post Office and the cancellation is dated - "02.02.2022".
