The Reverse of the $5 (Five Dollars) seen placed in an open capsule on the background of the Sea
Released in 1975, "Jaws" was the first block-buster created by Spielberg and it was also a commentary on the failure of politicians, who put human lives at risk for the benefit of the economic interests of a booming tourist region/industry.

The film was more than a story about a "man-eating sea monster" and made history - heralding the the era of animal horror movies and of summer block-busters. The water shots were considered revolutionary at that time.
"Jaws" went on to win three Oscars and is regarded as one of the most important films in the history of movies.
The movie is also a prime example for the impact films can have on how one perceives reality.
Peter Benchley, the author of the book "Jaws" (movie) was based on was on record as repeatedly stating that he would have never written the novel, if he had known how much fear of sharks it would generate.
Sharks are not man-eaters, but wonderful creatures.
The Coin:
The design on this Coin Invest Trust (CIT) Coin lays emphasis on both sides of the story - The big shark next to a small person can be perceived as a threat or as an example of peaceful co-existence.
The Reverse of the $5 (Five Dollars) Silver Coin features on the centre line a Great White Shark, whose back comes out of the water showing its characteristic triangular fin and the tip of the tail fin. To its right, a woman sunbathes on a surf-board.
The colour applied to the field imitating the water's surface shimmering in the sun contrasts with the shark's dark outline.
The legend on the upper periphery reads - "GREAT WHITE SHARK".
The Obverse of the $5 (Five Dollars) Silver Coin features the same scene from the perspective of the bottom of the sea.
The inscription is mirror-inverted. Towards the lower right is the Coat of Arms of Palau, with the legend - 'REPUBLIC OF PALAU . 5$", designed as a depiction of two mermaids playing in the water. On the surfboard is inscribed - "2021".
