The predecessor coin ‘Vitruvian Man‘ has shown how fascinating the idea of mixing an ancient topic with the modern invention of the x-rays can be. 

With this edition one is travelling back in time even more. Howard Carter would have been happy if he could have x-rayed the sarcophagus of Tutankhamun. (Carter was a British archaeologist, who made one of the richest and most-celebrated discoveries in Egyptology - finding the (1922) largely intact tomb of King Tutankhamen in 1922).

This interesting coin makes it possible and combines some of the best of minting technology and colorization to create a one-of-a-kind piece. 

On the Reverse of the $5 (Five Dollars) Silver Coin is seen the Mummy in ultra-high relief surrounded by Egyptian hieroglyphs.

On the Obverse of the $5 (Five Dollars) Silver Coin is seen the Mummy's colourised x-ray image.

The peripheral inscriptions are - "ELIZABETH II. 5 Dollars. COOK ISLANDS. 2022".
