1994) "Aries," Niue Island: "Signs of the Zodiac Coin Series": Third Coin in the Series features the Zodiacal Sign of Aries: A Silver $1 (One Dollar-NZD) issued by the Czech Mint on behalf of Niue Island: Date/Year of Coin issue: 03/2021:
12 Zodiac Signs:
Twelve constellations are located in the imaginary celestial belt that surrounds the planet Earth. The sun, which slowly moves across the sky throughout the year, remains in each of these constellations for about a month, and we call this cycle the zodiac.
Each of us has a zodiac sign corresponding to the date we were born. This sign then affects our nature and our destiny and in the form of a talisman can bring us happiness.
Such a talisman will be a non-traditional oval coin of the Czech Mint minted from silver and embellished with attractive coloring.
The Mint has been/will be issuing one sign every month from January 2021 to December 2021.
In March 2021, it was the turn of the "Aries". The remaining signs have appeared/will appear on the coins one each every month in the following order:
January 2021 - Aquarius
February 2021 - Pisces
March 2021 - Aries
April 2021 - Taurus
May 2021 - Gemini
June 2021 - Cancer
July 2021 - Leo
August 2021 - Virgo
September 2021 - Libra
October 2021 - Scorpio
November 2021 - Sagittarius
December 2021 - Capricorn
Sign of Zodiac - "Aries":
This Silver Coin of the Czech Mint from the 12 Signs of the Zodiac Coin Series is a valuable talisman for collectors, and, particularly, for everyone who was born under the sign of Aries.
The constellation that gave the sign its name represents a winged ram with a legendary golden fleece.
The mythical creature is known from several ancient Greek legends - for example, the one about Jason and the Argonauts.
Like the animal that symbolizes them, human Rams have boldness, fighting spirit, and strong willingness in their blood. However, their temperament can quickly grow into impatience or aggression.
In addition to the constellations, the Aries are ruled by another celestial object - the planet Mars, which embodies the Roman God of War, and also fertility.
Therefore, they have their own actions and passions, and their innate creative power can easily turn into destructive power.
The Coin:
Photographs or computer graphics were not used as a template for coloring, but the design was created by using an original watercolor painting.
The relief in the background behind Aries presents a disk with a dozen zodiac signs. The composition of the reverse side is supplemented with a Latin inscription of "ARIES" and an astrological symbol.

ReplyDelete"This is exactly what Sanatani Astrology (dating to thousands of years and reponsible for laying down exact dates, based upon planetary and star positions, of major events like birth/ death of Bhagwan Ram, Bhagwan Krishna, Battles etc.) speaks about! And then some folks call our Astrology a myth!"
Very true. Thanks, Vikram.
