"The Mandalorian" is the popular Lucasfilm series which premiered on Disney+ in November 2019.
"The Mandalorian Classic Coin Collection" has introduced exciting new adventures and memorable characters and weaponry/armour to the Star Wars™ galaxy.
The Header/Banner shows The Mandalorian and Grogu ("Baby Yoda") at left and both faces of a silver "Beskar Bar" at right
In the first episode, The Mandalorian™ bounty hunter is promised "Beskar™ Steel" as a reward for bringing his target back, and he gets a first piece as a down payment.
Mandalorian armour forged from Beskar can withstand blaster bolts and Lightsaber™ strikes, and its nearly impenetrable protection made the warrior class difficult to defeat at the height of their power.
Beskar Steel can be melted down at extremely high temperatures and converted into a new piece of shoulder armour.
The Coin:
On the Reverse of the $2 Silver Rectangular Coin, the dull, slate grey bars of Beskar steel have wavy ridges and patterns on the surface and are stamped with the Imperial shield of Palpatine’s Empire.
On the Obverse of the $2 Silver Rectangular Coin replicates the dull, slate grey wavy ridges and patterns seen on the Reverse and bears the Niue Island Coat of Arms along with the inscriptions - "TWO DOLLARS", "2021", "1.0 TROY OZ", 999 FINE SILVER".
