STAR WARS Spin-Off - "The Mandalorian":
We chanced upon "The Mandalorian" Star Wars Spin-off Series, when a friend recommended the Series to us.
We got so hooked onto "Baby Yoda" ("Grogu") and "The Mandalorian" that we saw the two seasons of the serial end-to-end on a non-stop series viewing adventure.
The formidable bounty hunter, "The Mandalorian" is the first character to feature on the first Gold and Silver Coins in "The Mandalorian Classic Coin Collection".
The Mandalorian is an American space Western television series created by Jon Favreau for the streaming service Disney+.
It is the first live-action series in the Star Wars franchise, beginning five years after the events of Return of the Jedi (1983).
It stars Pedro Pascal as the title character, a lone bounty hunter who goes on the run after being hired to retrieve "The Child" ("Grogu" - Baby Yoda).
Star Wars creator George Lucas had begun developing a live-action Star Wars television series by 2009, but shelved the project as it was considered to be too expensive to produce. He sold Lucasfilm to Disney in October 2012.
The Mandalorian premiered with the launch of Disney+ on 12.11.2019.
The eight-episode first season was met with positive reviews, and was nominated for Outstanding Drama Series at the 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards, and won seven Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards.
A second season premiered on 30.10.2020, while a third season, which is under way, is expected to be released in 2022.
Several spin-off series will expand on the series' timeline, including "The Book of Boba Fett" and "Ahsoka".

ii) About Grogu (Baby Yoda):
Grogu was born in the year 41 BBY, and was raised at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.
Grogu was eventually held at a hideout run by Nikto mercenaries on Arvala-7 during the New Republic Era, having survived the siege of the Jedi Temple decades prior.
While still an infant at the age of fifty years, he was sought, on behalf of Moff Gideon, by an Imperial who hired Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin to retrieve him.
However, Djarin chose not to leave Grogu with the Imperials and rescued him from the Imperial remnant facility.
After attempting to hide with Grogu along the fringes of the galaxy, Djarin returned to Nevarro to deal with the Imperials chasing Grogu in hopes of keeping him safe.
In the process, Grogu became a Mandalorian foundling and the single other member of Djarin's newly created clan. As a result, Djarin took up a new mission: to deliver Grogu back to the Jedi.
Imperial remnant facility:
A facility was located on Nevarro where the Imperial Remnant was stationed shortly after the fall of the Galactic Empire, under the leadership of "The Client." Several stormtroopers were stationed there, as was the scientist Dr. Pershing.
The bounty hunter known as "the Mandalorian" visited the facility in 9 ABY to meet with the Client about a bounty on an asset known as "the Child." The Mandalorian retrieved the Child and turned it over to the Client, but later returned to the facility to rescue the Child.
